OktoberFast Pass

Skip the beer lines and maximize your fun! The OktoberFast Pass gives you access to a special expedited line at all festival Beer Booths—so you can enjoy your drinks faster and spend more time exploring the festival. OktoberFast Pass wristbands can be picked up at any Ticket Booth along with drink tickets and festival glassware.

Must be 21+ with valid ID. Drink tickets sold separately. Pass does not apply to Ticket Booth lines.

Stein-Holding Contest

A Bavarian feat of strength, the stein-holding contest is a longstanding tradition to see who can hold a full stein of beer at arm's length for as long as possible.

Judged by Dan Gordon of Gordon Biersch Brewing Company, the annual contest will be held in the Biersch Garden at 2pm on both days of the festival.

Each participant receives an Uber-Stein filled with a liter of Gordon Biersch beer and the winner receives a glass boot stein and bragging rights until Oktoberfest next year!

Contest Requirements

Sign up for One Day ONLY
Must be able to Check-In at the Biersch Garten beginning at 1:30pm on the day you are competing.
Have your order/QR Code ready as well as a valid ID
If you are unable to provide proper ID or Check in by 1:45pm, your place in the contest can be given to a walk-up registrant.
